Leadership Awards

The Fossilfield Leadership Programme offers a self-paced, progressive and achievable experience for young people who struggle within mainstream provision. The aim of the programme is to prevent social exclusion and allow young people the opportunity to discover new interests and showcase existing talents whilst learning how to value the importance of community. Our low demand approach is popular with young people who are home schooled, care experienced or disengaged from education.

Employment Programme

Working as a Trusted Partner with the Framework for No=one Left Behind, our young people are supported to explore careers across the Rural & Equine Sectors. Delivered as a practical-skills based experience participants are supported into the World of Work through a blended programme of training, volunteering and work experience. Our ability to see the value and worth in everyone who participates encourages young people experiencing barriers to build confidence and become job ready.
